Microsoft and Xbox have announced the return of their create-a-controller programme; the Xbox Design Lab.
Xbox had halted the programme back in October just ahead of the Xbox Series X/S console launches.
Since then, Xbox added the Series X/S wireless controllers to the programme.
Here’s the (Unofficial) Any Button Gaming controller
The Design Lab allows users to create their own, personalised controllers. Just about everything from the colours of the pad, the thumbsticks, shoulder buttons, and ABXY buttons can be customised. Some 18 colours are available for the body of the controller alone. These colours range from classics like, “Carbon Black” and “Robot White”, to new colours “Shock Blue”, “Pulse Red”, and “Electric Volt”.
You can make every aspect colour coordinated or mix-and-match to your heart’s contempt. The choice is yours. The ABXY buttons can have one of six variations, including; “grey on white”, “black on grey”, “grey on black”, “white on black”, “colours on black”, or “black on colours”.
The View, Menu, and Share buttons also have their own dedicated palettes to choose from, including; “grey on white”, “black on grey”, “grey on black”, “white on black”, and “black on white”.
Additionally, you can add a personalised engraving. Your engraving can contain up to 16 characters. These will appear at the bottom of your controller’s front plate, in the middle. Ultimately, this one of a kind creation can be yours for as little as £59.99 (£67.98 with engraving)[$69.99/$79.98 with engraving]. Get designing yours now.
