During a recent earnings call meeting [transcript via Seeking Alpha], Take-Two briefly spoke about The Outer Worlds.
The Outer Worlds’ first DLC, Peril on Gorgon, was confirmed for a Nintendo Switch release on 10th February [that’s today, in case we forgot].
However, the (arguably) better news is that The Outer Worlds will definitely be receiving a second DLC. And, by the sounds of it, we won’t have too long to wait, either.
“[talking about The Outer Worlds expansion pack], which will also include The Outer Worlds: Murder on Eridanos, the second expansion set to launch on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC this fiscal year…”
Now, whilst “this fiscal year” sounds quite vague, the current fiscal year (of which this statement refers to) runs until 31st March. Which, yes, does mean we will see the second Outer Worlds DLC land within the next month or so.
Sadly, there is nothing else to report on just yet, bar the DLC’s title; “Murder on Eridanos“. Sounds intriguing. We’ll have more news on this story as it develops.
