Anything free is surely a good thing right? Well, Sony certainly seems to think so.
PS Plus members have been sharing pictures online of an unexpected notification from Sony. The messages being shared state that the user has received a FREE £10/$10 [dependent upon your region] credit into their PS Store account.
Free is the magic number
To see if you have been selected to receive the credit, go into your notifications and select the ‘From PlayStation‘ notification.
At present, it is unclear what the requirements to receive this free credit are. [Obviously, being a PS Plus Member would be a start) We also don’t know why Sony decided to do this, but we are very grateful. Now, what to spend it on???
At present no-one at Any Button Gaming has received their £10 credit ($10 credit for some editors), but further investigation looks like the selection was totally random and to a limited number of users.
