Reproductive rights and the right to legally have safe abortions were famously thrown out the window when U.S. supreme court dismissed the Roe v. Wade guidelines. These guidelines protect women’s liberty all across America to choose to have an abortion. As a result, each individual state now has to decide whether or not abortions should be illegal or not.
Plenty of gaming companies have chosen to openly take a stand for reproductive rights, in different ways; like giving financial aid to have abortions out of state. Sega, for instance, is taking a stand for reproductive rights by matching all economic donations made by employees to charities that share their views on the right to safe abortions. This is what they had to say about it:

We are matching employee donations to Planned Parenthood, NARAL Pro-Choice America Foundation and other accredited non-profit organisations supporting reproductive rights selected out our team members.”
