PUBG and Several EA Games Coming to Stadia

During a recent Stadia Connect, the Google Stadia team made some huge announcements for the coming few months.

Amongst the many games announced was Player Unknown’s Battlegrounds. Featuring exclusive content only available on Stadia, PUBG is available now for free on Stadia Pro. If you have friends on console who currently play it, PUBG also boasts cross-play.

The Stadia edition of PUBG – dubbed “Pioneer Edition” – will feature Stadia-branded equipment and skins. Plus, it’ll also come packaged with the recently released Survivor Pass: Cold Front.

Another big announcement the Stadia team made was that several EA games are headed to the platform this year. Included in the mix will be this year’s Madden NFL, FIFA, and Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order.

Fallen Order will be available later in the Autumn whilst Madden and FIFA are coming in the Winter. So far, these are the only EA games announced for Stadia. However, Phil Harrison has promised more details on EA’s plans will be available in due time.

I can’t believe I’m about to write this, but, the days where we say that Google Stadia has no games might soon be coming to an end.
