PlayStation Plus September 2021 Games Announced

On Wednesday, September 1st, Adam Michel (Senior Manager of Game Services Content for Sony Interactive Entertainment) revealed the free games for PlayStation Plus subscribers for the month of September. These games will be available for PS Plus members from Tuesday, September 7th until Monday, October 4th.

Overcooked!: All You Can Eat! – PS5

September starts off with the latest version of the Overcooked! franchise, presenting: All You Can Eat! A modern 60fps, 4K remastering of both Overcooked! games including all their additional content to play with all your friends. Developed by Ghost Town Games with Team 17 publishing as well, Overcooked is a strategy party-platformer for any and all.

Predator: Hunting Grounds – PS4

Released on April 24, 2020 Predator: Hunting Grounds is a first/third person asymmetrical (4v1) multiplayer title that pits gunmen vs Predator in gripping confrontation. Developed by IllFonic, though to middling reception, Hunting Grounds may be worth your time to shoot some sh*t with friends for (effectively) free while the player count boost lasts.

Hitman 2 – PS4

And at last, we’ve arrived at the big daddy of the lot: Hitman 2. As our overlord and your best friend™ Darren Colley will attest, Hitman is great and you should love it. By the way, Hitman 2 is also great, and you might have fun with it. Unsurprisingly developed by the same IO Interactive as the previous, Hitman 2 released in 2018 builds on the “World of Assassination” platform gloriously built over (at least) five years. This alone is worth the price of subscription. Enjoy!

That’s a wrap for this month’s PlayStation Plus games folks. Last month’s Hunter’s Arena: Legends, Plants vs. Zombies: Battle for Neighborville, and Tennis World Tour 2 will be available to grab until Monday, September 6th.

If you’re an Xbox player check out the Games With Gold for September. Plus, if you’re so inclined, Stadia Pro has a selection of new, free games up for grabs as well.

Until next time, stay classy.
