On Wednesday, January 26th, Adam Michel (Director of Content Acquisitions & Operations for Sony Interactive Entertainment) revealed the free games for PlayStation Plus subscribers for the month of February (2022). These games will be available for PS Plus members from Tuesday, February 1st until Monday, February 28th.

UFC 4 – PS4

On August 14th 2020 to average reviews, EA Vancouver would release UFC 4 – and as of the 26th, it’s yours. (For the price of a PSPlus subscription). Either a sports fan or just enjoy a good fight? Join Senior Editor Darren in his anticipation of this title.

Tiny Tina’s Assault on Dragon Keep: A Wonderlands One-shot Adventure – PS4

Next up we have a personal favorite in the form of Borderlands 2’s Assault on Dragon keep DLC presented as a standalone product proceeding the release of Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands. While some customers are understandably disappointed with this pick, (being standalone DLC content rather than a full title) I’m excited that this mini-expansion will get into as many hands as possible. That being said, the criticism seems warranted when compared to previous months.

Planet Coaster: Console Edition – PS5

Lastly for the month of January we have Frontier Development’s Planet Coaster. This 2016 title is a single player park simulator brought to consoles. Received relatively well, this is another decent title to bolster the PS5 ranks.

That’s a wrap for this month’s PlayStation Plus games folks. What are your thoughts on next months picks?

This month’s Deep Rock Galactic, Persona 5 Strikers, and Dirt 5 are available to grab until Tuesday, February 1st.

Also, if you’re an X-box player you can grab this months Games with Gold if you’re so inclined.

Until next time, stay classy.
