Final Fantasy VIII: Remastered is, as you could guess, a remastered version of the old Playstation classic. The remastered version was released in 2019 for PC, Playstation 4, Switch, and Xbox One. And now you can play Final Fantasy VIII: Remastered on two new platforms.
Square Enix has released their remastered 1999 JRPG-gem for both Android and iOS. You’ll need between 2,55 – 2,59 gigabyte of space on your phone they also said that cloud saving and controller support is on the way.
However, Square Enix has issued a warning along with the game’s release. Apparently, there is currently a problem with stepping in and out of the car which can cause the player to get trapped between the vehicle and the environment. The car can also get stuck in the scenery. Currently, the only fix is to reload a previously saved game, so make sure to save your game often. The devs are aware of the problem and are working to resolve it, as soon as possible.
Have you played Final Fantasy VIII: Remastered yet? If not this is a great time to get stuck in.
