Persona 4 Arena Ultimax Releasing March 2021 for PC, PS4 and Switch

Atlus celebrates 25 years of Person with the release of Persona 4 Arena Ultimax coming to PC, Switch and PS4 next March

In celebration of the Persona 25th anniversary, developers Atlus have some very special news. It will be releasing Persona 4 Arena Ultimax on PS4, Steam and Switch early next year.

The official launch date was confirmed for the 17th of March 2022. It will of course be a re-release of the classic 2014 fighting game. The original was released for the PS3 and the Xbox 360, and acts as a continuation of the Persona 4 Arena story, a sequel to the much loved fan favourite Persona 4.

The up coming re-release will include classic characters from Persona 3 and 4 who will of course do battel against one and other. The game will also include a visual novel style story mode. You can check out the launch video below, which first aired at the Game Awards yesterday.

There was certainly a decent amount of fan speculation earlier this week when Atlus updated its Steam page with an additional title. Luckily, we didn’t have long to wait for the full update. The game is available now for pre-purchase on Steam, priced £24.99.
