Yesterday the Autodesk Vision Series event went live and featured talks from loads of top Studios. Developers that attended the event included Playground Games (Forza Horizon, and the upcoming Fable reboot), and Warner Bros Games Avalanche. The second of those is responsible for Hogwarts Legacy, and boy did we hit the jackpot.
Hogwarts Legacy stole the show, making a much bigger appearance than was expected. We were treated to a brand new cinematic video, along with a whole host of new images. You can check out the cinematic below.
Next came the as yet unseen images from the game. While the offering was modest in size, it didn’t hold back on quality. One even confirms the name of a certain professor who featured in the Hogwarts Legacy State of Play trailer.
Hogwarts Legacy Professor Abraham Ronan revealed!
They also gave us a sneak peek at some of the character customisation options that will be available in Hogwarts Legacy.
Chandler Wood, who is the Community Manager at WB Avalanche, chimed in to confirm that the Charm professor is named “Abraham Ronen,” and as speculated by the community is indeed part of the Syltherin house.
That about wraps it up in terms of what was revealed during the live stream. But with a bit of luck, we will hear more about the game leading up to the expected holiday release. Hogwarts Legacy will be available on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One and Xbox Series as well as the Nintendo Switch (via streaming)
