I’m going to preface this by saying that it is still just a rumour and normally I’d hold on for more confirmation but seeing as there are so many different, credible people involved I thought I’d share this with you after all.
There are a lot of insiders and right now claiming that Microsoft is gearing up for another huge Acquisition. Similar to the Bethesda deal last year. However, no one seems to know exactly what is going on. Although we saw the same kind of rumour-spreading when Microsoft bought Bethesda too.
Trusted Insiders like colteastwood and Shpeshal_Nick both claim that there is something going on, while SkullziTV predicts that “a lot of internet lawyers debating monopoly laws at some point in the near future.” Even Tom Warren an editor at The Verge is hinting that something is going down. And all Microsoft-expert Brad Sam has to say about the whole affair is that “Patience, is a virtue.”
With all of this said there is no more evidence that the rumours are true. We” just have to wait and see. In the meantime, we can speculate as to what Microsoft is buying. What do you think? Let us know in the comments.
