There have been plenty of rumours lately, from credible sources stating that there is indeed a Goldeneye 007 remaster in the works. There is even a leaked list of all 55 achievements in the game. Thus far however nothing has been confirmed about the N64 classic remaster.
VentureBeat-editor Jeff Grub may have a plausible reason for why there haven’t been any announcements yet.
If this is indeed the case is still unknown, but, just a few days ago the Goldeneye-trademark was renewed. However, the renewed trademark doesn’t mean anything in and of itself, there is no smoke without fire.
So, we still can’t say for sure that there is a Goldeneye 007 remaster in the works but there are a lot of signs pointing towards it. We’ll just have to wait and see.
