Is Ubisoft+ Being Added to Game Pass?

Foreword; none of the following article has been officially confirmed or denied by Ubisoft, Xbox, or Microsoft. As such, we can only assume and go off of what other third-parties have stated. As is the case, take with a pinch of salt until such confirmation is available

Following in the footsteps of EA, Ubisoft’s dedicated subscription service could become part of Xbox’s Game Pass programme.

That is according to a rumour by Xbox Worlds [via PureXbox] at least.

As the PureXbox article notes, the rumour (which also includes other potentially juicy ones) should be taken with a pinch of salt. However, if it does turn out to be true, it would bold well for Game Pass subscribers.

Ubisoft+, much like EA Play, features a large catalogue of Ubi’s various first-party games. The list includes new titles such as Immortals: Fenyx Rising and Assassin’s Creed: Valhalla, as well as various Tom Clancy games and Far Cry titles. All that for €14.99 (£12.99/$14.99).

It will be interesting to see if the rumour holds any weight. I suppose stranger things have happened before now. Until the news is confirmed one way or another, we’ll have to wait and see.
