Sony has recently revealed the install size of a couple of the PS5 launch titles:
Spider-Man: Miles Morales will take up 50GB for the standard edition. The Ultimate Launch Edition however will require a whopping 105GB. The difference between the versions is that the latter will contain a remaster of Spider-Man PS4. So if you already played the original on PS4, you might want to go for the standard version.
Demon’s Souls Remake will take up 66GB of hard drive space.
Both versions of the PS5 will come with 825GB of storage, so this data might influence people in their choice between the digital version and the disk drive version. It’s also important to keep in mind that this is only the beginning of the console generation, and there’s no telling how much space games like the new Call of Duty will take up. In the end of the day, the digital version of the PS5 is cheaper, but that’s before thinking about adding external storage.
