If you stand on the shores of southern England, somewhere between Bournemouth and Brighton on a clear day you’ll see the distant shores of France… in Pokémon Go, you’re already there.
According to some player reports, players in the south of England have had sightings of the France Exclusive Pokémon Klefki, which recently debuted as part of the Gen 6 update.

A Key Worker…. I’ll get my coat
The Gen 6 Update debuts Pokémon from the Kalos region, which is loosely based on France, so it’s no surprise that they’ve got a region exclusive ‘mon.

As you can see from the map above, Klefki’s appearances don’t just include the south of England. Parts of Spain, Belgium and Switzerland have all reported sightings of the Key Ring Pokémon.
This isn’t the first time country exclusive Pokémon have appeared in other countries. Tropius, the Africa exclusive Pokémon has always been available on the southern tip of Spain, near Malaga.
Better head down south… If you want to catch ’em all!
Pokémon Go is out now on Android and iOS.
