In news that should surprise nobody who actually played it, Sucker Punch’s Ghost of Tsushima is the PlayStation 4’s best-selling (new) IP.
Selling more than 2.4 million units within it’s first three days, Ghost sold more copies than other new Sony IPs this generation.
Of course, the game isn’t the best-selling Sony IP ever.
Sony touted Ghost as being “PlayStation 4’s fastest-selling first-party original IP debut”. That puts it ahead of other original, debut IPs, including Horizon, Dreams, and more.
It really is high-praise for Sucker Punch’s latest title. Of course, not quite as high praise as ABG‘s own Mike K Allen’s recent review of the game. If you haven’t checked the game out yet, be sure to read his review.
