In the 80’s and 90’s gamers’ would religiously hit their local newsagents every month to pick up the latest episode of their favourite gaming magazine. Magazines such as GamesMaster and Nintendo Power seem to be a forgotten form of games media, replaced buy YouTube channels and podcasts. That being said we have a few gaming podcasts that might scratch that itch.
Special Moves
Special Moves is a weekly podcast where trio of hosts Mike Williams, Jake Kulkowski and Liam McKelvey discuss the weeks gaming news and chat about what games they have been playing that week. Jambags
Jambags is a brilliantly funny parody gaming podcast hosted by the comedic duo Rudy Manchego and Dante Rodriguez. Bringing their own brand of Monty Python humour to a gaming podcast Dante and Rudy discuss fake gaming news and interview fictitious gaming personalities. It’s impressive work for two guys living opposite ends of the country.
