Far Cry 6 and Rainbow Six Quarantine both delayed

Ubisoft has announced that two of next years biggest games, Far Cry 6 and Rainbow Six Quarantine have been delayed.

Announced during Ubisoft’s Q2 earnings report, Frédérick Duguet, Chief Financial Officer at Ubisoft confirmed that the release date for both games will be sometime after April 2021 but before March 2022 due to ‘Production challenges related to working from home’ (That’s Covid-19 to you and me).

The Far Cry 6 team posted the following on Twitter, confirming the delay.

Far Cry 6 was due to release in February 2021, while Rainbow Six Quarantine has already been delayed once before. It was due to release in April 2020 but a certain pandemic stopped that.
