Epic Games has recently agreed to purchase the Cary Towne Centre shopping mall.
The 980,000 square-foot site is, allegedly, going to become Epic’s new base of operations.
The plan is to spend about three years in a bid to refurbish the area, and open in 2024.
A portion of the site may still be accessible for the local community. Cary Towne Centre Mall is a short distance from Cary, North Carolina – Epic’s current headquarters.
