EA has decided that they will skip this year E3 and instead will hold their own showcase entitled EA Play Live a month after.
Announced via Twitter, the showcase will take place at the end of July, a month after E3.
Unfortunately, we’ve got nothing in terms of what will actually be shown at the event, as EA are keeping all their cards VERY close to their chest, so all we can do is pray that someone leaks something major.
The big question now is, what will be revealed? Most likely we’ll see Battlefield 6, which is scheduled to be released this coming holiday season. BioWare is still working on Dragon Age 4 so expect something from them, along with updates for Apex Legends and Skate 4. No doubt there will be a few surprises for games we either have no idea they were in production or that have been mentioned but we’ve just forgotten about them (It happens).
EA’s most recent acquisition Codemasters may also have something to tease us with as they start putting out a yearly game.
EA Play Live will take place on 22nd July. Be sure to check in with ABG as we’ll have all the news from the showcase.

Literally a giant. Living on the Border, trying to get through my Netflix/Disney+ lists whilst also completing the pile of games I have yet to play
