Cinematic Adventure ‘Stela’ Launches on Switch and Steam

The team at SkyBox Labs – aka, co-developers behind Halo Infinite – has brought their cinematic platformer “Stela” to the Nintendo Switch and Steam. This is as well as adding a new, extended ending to previously released Xbox One and Apple Arcade editions.

Halo Infinite co-developer SkyBox Labs recently brought Stela to Nintendo Switch and Steam. This final, definitive version includes new content debuting across all platforms as well as updates added since launch on Xbox One and Apple Arcade.

The new content includes an expanded ending and post-credits scene. This is as well as an additional 15 secret areas to explore, unlockable 3D dioramas, visual improvements, and bug fixes.

Stela presents a lone traveller’s journey through a variety of breathtaking environments to find safety in the final days of a decaying world. Escape human-sized beetles, hungry spirits, and other gargantuan monsters lurking in the shadows. All while solving massive puzzles to the sound of an original ambient soundtrack.

Shyang Kong, SkyBox Labs Co-Founder, stated in a Press Release:

“We’ve put our all into creating new content for the Nintendo Switch and Steam ports, hoping to bring to light a side of Stela no one has experienced.

By adding more layers to the game, we’ve addressed critiques and improved its storytelling. The end result is one even those who have already completed the game will enjoy”.

Stela is available as of 13th March on Nintendo eShop for £15.99. You can also pick it up on Steam for £15.49. It is also available on Xbox One (for £16.74) and Apple Arcade.
