Bioshock: The Collection Now Free on the Epic Games Store

Gamers rejoice. Bioshock: The Collection is currently free on the Epic Games Store right now. This marks the second “Mystery Game” given away by Epic as part of its Mega Sale. The first game featured was of course Borderlands 3 which was free on the platform last week. But as for Bioshock, you now have until June 2 to add these incredible games to your collection.

Bioshock: The Collection features remastered versions of the critically acclaimed trilogy, as well as all available DLC for each. This isn’t just one of the best freebies offered by Epic this year, but one of the best you’ll find period. OG Bioshock is, quite frankly, a masterpiece. One of the most beloved first-person shooters of any console generation, it paved the way for untold clones and its legacy can be felt today. I mean, for that ending alone, it’s earned its place in the gaming halls of fame.

Bioshocking – The deals on the Epic Store are something to behold

Bioshock Infinite is, by at least my own assessment, a worthy successor, although agreement on this is not as united. Bioshock 2 was developed by 2K Marin rather than Irrational Games and has a distinctly different vibe. But whilst the general feel of the game might not be quite on par with the series book-ends, it does include the Minerva’s Den DLC, one of the very best stories in the entire series.

But this is just one of the many deals currently available via the Epic Mega Sale (although easily the best deal you’ll find). Other notable bargains can be found on Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade, Deathloop, Ghostwire: Tokyo, Kena: Bridge of Spirits, and plenty more. Plus, you can save an additional 25% on all games priced $15 or more. Once you use the coupon, a new one will be added to your account. This will mean that you’ll have unlimited coupons throughout the month-long sale.

So, dear reader, would you kindly take a look?
