Ahead of any sort of official announcement some images of the upcoming Battlefield 6 have leaked, with the news being broken by VGC last Sunday. The images in question are available here and here, and have been upscaled. Is there any credence to these leaks, and what insight will it give on the next game instalment?
Well, according to Tom Henderson, who has leaked several Battlefield and other series’ in the past, the images are legit.
Obviously not an official confirmation from EA, but as close as we have come to seeing Battlefield 6 so far. All that can really be shown from the screenshots are some of the (presumably) set pieces within the campaign, however they do give a bit of a teaser as to what to expect from the upcoming trailer. And just what ‘takes all of it to the next level’ – the phrase used by DICE General Manager Oskar Gabrielson when talking about the next Battlefield.
