A Dying Light x Left 4 Dead Crossover?

The Left 4 Dead franchise and Dying Light are two of the best zombie-games of the last few years. The former sees a group of survivors band together to plough through the undead hordes. The latter sees you take a first-person, parkour survival route through a city.

Two different set-ups, but a whole heap of fun on their own, separate terms. However, what if you could combine the two?

Dying Light devs Techland took to Twitter recently to tease a crossover event that brings the two zombie thrillers together.

This isn’t really too much to go on, other than the fact that it’s gonna be hella good regardless. The Dying Light YouTube channel posted a teaser video showcasing what the crossover will feature.

This video showcases some of the new weapons the crossover will bring to the game. Chief amongst which are an electric guitar, golf club, and frying pan. The video also confirms that the event will last from 24th October until 28th October. Which means the event will be live before you read this article.

Dying Light is available on Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and on Steam. The game has been out for over four years, yet has seen a constant stream of content since launch. The great news is that developers Techland has also confirmed (as of E3) that a sequel is currently in the works.
